MNP Application Terms

MNP for Docomo  iSIM PLAN 

  1. The minimum contract period is set at 1 year. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Norikae numbers become available after the first year, subject to a service charge of 3,500 yen. 
  2. Should a customer wish to obtain an MNP number after 6 months, a fee of 6,000 yen will be applicable.
  3.  For MNP requests made at any other time, a fee of 10,000 yen will be incurred.
MNP for Y!Mobile y-SIM PLAN 
  1. The minimum contract period is set at 2 years. Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Norikae numbers become available after 24 months, subject to a service charge of 3,500 yen.
  2. There is no provision to apply MNP Number before contract period.
  3. SoftBank Business SIM offers exclusive contracts without accepting Mobile Number Portability (MNP) applications. Clients under this special agreement commit to a minimum usage period of 36 months, ensuring a stable and reliable business connectivity experience.

The current month's bill, as well as any additional charges incurred beyond the subscribed plan, must be settled prior to the application process.
